PrivePas
PrivePas is a Nigerian event management and technology platform specializing in smart access control and guest management for premium, private events. Built to solve gate-crashing, crowded entrances, unreliable venue Wi-Fi, and the security flaws of shareable screenshot invites, it gives hosts and security teams a fast, reliable way to verify guests at the door.
The Challenge
Nigerian event hosts and security teams faced recurring problems at the door: gate-crashing, long and disorganized entry lines, unreliable venue Wi-Fi breaking app-based check-in tools, and shareable screenshot invites that let uninvited guests walk in on someone else's pass.
Our Solution
I designed and built PrivePas from scratch as a full-stack platform where every guest receives a personalized, non-transferable digital invitation embedded with a unique QR code. Security teams can scan and validate passes from any smartphone browser, with no app install and no dependency on live internet access at the gate.
